从中国铁路总公司获悉，自3月底开始，京广、京哈、沈山、兰新、大秦、大包线第一阶段集中修施工将相继拉开帷幕，全路进入施工旺季。中国铁路总公司要求各铁路局 （公司）利用施工开始前的这段时间不断优化施工和运输组织方案，同时兼顾施工安全与运输效率。
